Teens In Perspective is all about empowering girls (parents and women) to navigate through the tough years of adolescence. Once per year, TIP hosts an Empowerment Conference for females in Delaware. Participants learn through fun, creative, interactive and team-focused exercises.
Leadership Training

Teens In Perspective, Inc. (T.I.P.) is an innovative leadership development program designed to build character, self-esteem, and develop strong leadership skills in girls ages 10–18.
The program offers interactive life-skills workshops, fun learning activities, STEM career exploration, and group mentoring. T.I.P. aims to support girls at an early age to foster confidence and strong leadership skills. T.I.P. helps girls develop a healthy self-image and feel better about themselves by providing support in a nurturing learning environment which enables them to develop essential skills necessary to face life’s challenges.
