RUBY
Ages 12-14
All girls need to start with a lil “polish”. As they begin their journey to adolescence, T.I.P. provides these girls with a strong, foundation so they enter adolescence with a healthy self-image and self- confidence.
Middle school is a time of transition and rapid physical development that leaves many girls with questions about their bodies, emotions, and relationships. T.I.P. provides these young ladies the emotional tools needed to emerge as vibrant and confident young ladies.

EMERALDS
Parents/Guardians & Volunteers
Young ladies in high school are searching for independence and identity. They have unrealized potential and a new future to prepare for. T.I.P. supports these young ladies in discovering their vision, setting goals and serving as a beacon to the younger participants in T.I.P..
Parents play the most vital role in ensuring the development and motivation of T.I.P. G.E.M.s. Parent support is highly encouraged and promoted through volunteer activities, donations, positive affirmations, program outreach, feedback and attending Emerald Workshops.
